They also allowed my mom who was traveling with me to stay and watch (and help eat all the food, which was more than necessary!) without an extra charge. The location is a bit hard to find and a nice thai man on a scooter in the neighborhood gave me and my mom a ride:)

I forget the name of the girl that did the class but her English was perfect and her having lived in the US helped inform me if what ingradients I will and will not be able to find once back in the US. We cooked 4 different dishes including the dessert and boy, all of the dishes tasted sooo good!! The pad thai I made was the best pad thai I had in Bangkok 🙂 All the ingradients were so fresh and the teacher gave easy and clear instructions. There was so much food and you eat after you cook each dis, so do come with an empty stomach, dont eat a big breakfast like we did!!

Our teacher Pim was very funny and friendly and helped us make five of my favorite Thai dishes: A coconut soup, fried spring rolls, pad thai, green curry, and mango sticky rice! Don’t worry, the portions are the perfect size so you have enough room for everything :). I loved the bowls and I felt like we all actually learned enough to be able to replicate it at home. It’s so easy to learn to cook every dishes because Mimi not only explain the steps in detail , but also follow up with each student working purposes to make sure everyone can make a delicious food.

All food and Vegetables are coming with fresh so no need to worry about the cleaning problem.

Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training!
