Pim was such a great teacher and hilarious. The way she handled the class, kept it interactive, made the presentation of the food so instagrammable, surely differentiates her from all other cooking classes in Bangkok. We booked through Airbnb and we definitely got our money's worth and more. We made 5 meals, the most popular in Thailand, from my knowledge, and all were delicious! I recommend fasting before the class, you will be extremely full by dessert - we were still full throughout the day! You do not need any cooking experience for this class, Pim guides you all the way through. A must do in Bangkok! read less

Our guide clearly explained all the ingredients and I learned so much (plus, we got to eat fruits and desserts!). The cooking experience was incredible - everything was well-organized, structured, clean, well-explained. Super friendly staff and the other attendees were nice too! We made soup, red curry, papaya salad, pad Thai, and sticky rice with mango. I felt so happy and relaxed the whole time - I learned so much about Thai cuisine and all the delicious flavors that go into dishes!!! Our host, Alex, was knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about and picking up key ingredients in the market, riding a tuk tuk to the school, and preparing pad Thai, lemongrass salad, green curry, and mango sticky rice. 10/10 highly recommended. We booked last minute the night before we were leaving and they were able to accommodate us for the next morning. We skipped the market due to our own logistics issues and went directly to the school. Ticha & her team provided excellent training! I am also glad to know that the meat bought is halal. Do indicate for halal dietary when signing up. The hands on preparation and cooking is truly indeed a great learning experience.
